Need to remove a LanDesk SERVER MANAGER agent ?
(NOTE= THIS IS ONLY INTENDED FOR USE WITH LANDESK SERVER MANAGER -LDSM- AND IS NOT TO BE USED WITH ANY OTHER LANDESK PRODUCT/ENVIRONMENT)
Place the UninstallWinClient.exe in the following directory
http://{serverIP}/landesk/files
[same DIR as \\{serverIP}\ldmain\landesk\files]
then and create a software dist task. (Shown Below)
here is the uniinstall win client executable for ya! :)

Note:
If the computer no longer has access to the core server, you can also place the Uninstallwinclient executable on a USB drive or some other media and run it. It is a standalone executable.
Given this, be careful who has/gets access to Uninstallwinclient.exe, as your machines may start not being managed.
Command line switches for Uninstallwinclient:
/UI Displays the progress of uninstallwinclient.exe
/REBOOT Prompts the user before rebooting the client.
/NOREBOOT This will prevent uninstallwinclient.exe from rebooting the client.
/NODELCBA This will uninstall the agent but leave behind the CBA and CBA8 components.
use /NOREBOOT switch for no rebooting the clients.
use /? to see the switches of the file.
